結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn) Structural characteristics
該系列電機(jī)采用箱式鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)，帶法蘭的立式安裝型式，拆下冷卻器或防護(hù)罩即可觀察和觸及電機(jī)內(nèi)部，便于電機(jī)的安裝維護(hù)；轉(zhuǎn)子采用籠型鑄鋁轉(zhuǎn)子，一次成型，也可根據(jù)客戶需求生產(chǎn)銅條轉(zhuǎn)子，提高了運(yùn)行可靠性；定子采用F級(jí)絕緣真空壓力浸漬無(wú)溶劑工藝處理(VPI)，使電機(jī)具有可靠的絕緣性能和防潮、抗沖擊能力；定子和軸承均裝有PT100測(cè)溫元件，電機(jī)軸承均有不停機(jī)注油和排油裝置，提高了電機(jī)自身的保護(hù)能力和運(yùn)行效率。
