結(jié)構(gòu)特點 Structural characteristics
該系列電機采用箱式鋼板結(jié)構(gòu)，帶法蘭的立式安裝型式，拆下冷卻器或防護罩即可觀察和觸及電機內(nèi)部，便于電機的安裝維護；轉(zhuǎn)子采用籠型鑄鋁轉(zhuǎn)子，一次成型，也可根據(jù)客戶需求生產(chǎn)銅條轉(zhuǎn)子，提高了運行可靠性；定子采用F級絕緣真空壓力浸漬無溶劑工藝處理(VPI)，使電機具有可靠的絕緣性能和防潮、抗沖擊能力；定子和軸承均裝有PT100測溫元件，電機軸承均有不停機注油和排油裝置，提高了電機自身的保護能力和運行效率。
